Short Biography:

A lifelong Packers fan, Steve Tate became a Packers shareholder in 1997 and has been wearing a Packers cheesehead with “NFL OWNER” on it to games since January of 1998. Steve bought his second share of Packer stock in 2011. In 2012 he received the PFUFA President’s The Four Star / True Blue Presidents Choice Award as the PFUFA member that lives our mission statement: To promote the fellowship of all fans, encourage sportsmanship and support charitable activities. I have had the honor to serve in a number of different capacities within the PFUFA regarding the membership committee, membership officer and the PFUFA 20th anniversary committee. Packers home games involve a 250 mile round trip to Green Bay and back home where I am part of the Lot 1 tailgate group where we host fans of our team and the other teams. I take lots of photos and interact with a lot of fans as we try to cheer on our Packers to victory. I go to a number of Packer road game each year where I tailgate and learn about other fans’ tailgates and traditions.
