Hlanson Cosse "Coon" was inducted into our organization in the very First Draft Class of 2008 as the New Orleans Saints Ultimate Fan, and was inducted into the Pro Football's Ultimate Fan Association "Ring of Honor" in 2021.

Hlanson the father of Chad Cosse (wife Stephanie) and Erin Cosse, and proud Grandfather was an ultimate New Orleans Saints fan from their beginning.

Hlanson was there on opening day and proud to have been involved in the building of the Dome. He and his wife Jane have always been involved with children’s charity events and truly enjoy working for a good cause. These events are more special to them since they now have a Grandson with Autism, who is great but requires a lot special therapy, which is costly. Through him we have learned the true meaning of supporting charities and enjoy working to help them meet their goals. Da Pope and Pam have been our friends for about two decades where they enjoyed attending football games and tailgating with them.

Coon enjoyed helping set up the PFUFA Hospitality Room with Pope, he loved the HOF parade, Children's Charity Event, the Football Game and the Tailgate Party, but most of all he enjoyed being with the fans and look forward to seeing everyone again.  We have met so many wonderful members of your organization and truly admire and respect what each of you stand for within your organization.

As a Saints Football Fan, he cannot think of anything better than being a part of the PFUFA.  Hlanson passed away on August 3, 2021.
